Adriana Kudrnová Lovera is an experienced quality services manager with a focus on education and youth leadership, currently serving as EQUIS Manager and previously as EQUIS Coordinator at EFMD since August 2018. Prior roles include Education & Youth Leadership Manager and Mexican Initiative for Deferred Action Coordinator at the New York Immigration Coalition, along with positions at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow and Teachers College, Columbia University. Adriana's consultancy work with the Global Partnership for Education/World Bank involved conducting Quality Assurance Reviews in Francophone Africa. Additionally, teaching experience includes leading courses for high school migrant students at UCLA and serving as an English Teaching Assistant in France. Adriana holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Master’s degree in International and Comparative Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from the University of Southern California.
