Suzandra Fernando currently serves as Lead Operations Analyst at EFL since January 2021, after previously holding the role of Operations Analyst. Prior to this, Suzandra was the Secretary at Aitken Spence Toastmasters Club from June 2020 to January 2021 and worked as a Junior Executive in Freight at Aitken Spence Cargo (Pvt) Ltd. from January 2019 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes a one-year internship in the HR department at MAS Legato, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment coordination and training support, and an internship with the Central MOS team at MAS Intimates focusing on lean operations. Suzandra holds a BSc (Hons) in International Management and Business from the University of Plymouth and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM, alongside qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
