Lena Adler is an experienced professional in production and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Production - Nordic at EFKT since July 2024. Prior roles include Management Business Partner at Esoft from September 2022 to July 2024, and Head of Operations at Esoft Danmark from September 2021 to September 2022. Lena has a strong background in business process optimization, change management, and project management, with earlier positions at Esoft involving responsibilities such as performance reporting and customer satisfaction enhancement. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management and Service from Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt. Additional educational experience includes an exchange semester at Shanghai Finance University and a foundational education in mathematics, physics, and chemistry from Odense Katedralskole.
