Jean-Philippe Genois is an experienced operational director currently serving at EFINOR INGENIERIE ET PROCESS since April 2019, overseeing engineering and industrial assembly projects. Prior to this, Jean-Philippe held the position of Head of Studies Department at ANDRITZ HYDRO from September 2017 to January 2019, managing a team and handling numerous hydroelectric power plant projects. From February 2007 to September 2017, responsibilities included leading a team of 15 at Mersen to coordinate up to 300 projects annually, alongside earlier roles as Head of Studies and mechanical calculation engineer. Jean-Philippe commenced a career at Thermi Consult as a project engineer from January 2005 to January 2007. Educational qualifications include a general engineering degree in mechanics and production from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz and a DUT in mechanical engineering and production from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1.
