Vanina Prokop-Sawicka serves as General Counsel at Efigence since April 2020 and is the owner and an Attorney-at-law at vpslegal since 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate at Rödl & Partner from 2004 to 2015 and a brief role as a Trainee at Bank Vontobel AG in February 2005. Additionally, Vanina collaborated with the Department of Jurisprudence and Studies at the Polish Constitutional Court in 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from the University of Warsaw in Law and Administration and German Studies, as well as studies at the Warsaw Bar Association and the Institute of Law Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
