Łukasz Skudlarski has a diverse work experience spanning several years in various roles. Łukasz started their career as an Intern at TBX Sp. z o.o. in 2015. Łukasz then joined EY as an Accounting Intern and later became an Assurance Intern, where they participated in financial statement audits and prepared reports and analysis for clients. Łukasz continued their journey at EY as an Assurance Assistant, overseeing team management and participating in financial statement audits. Following that, they worked as an Experienced Assurance Assistant, where they took on project preparation and team management responsibilities. In 2019, Łukasz joined DHL Parcel as a Financial Analyst and later as a Financial Controller, gaining experience in financial control and analysis. In 2021, they joined Bain & Company as a Financial Analyst, responsible for reporting on financial performance, budgeting, and overseeing global headcount. Finally, in 2023, they became the Head of Planning and Performance at Efigence.

Łukasz Skudlarski obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2012 to 2017. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Controller at Kozminski University. From 2014 to 2015, they studied Business Administration at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Currently, Łukasz is pursuing ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) from 2022 to 2024. In addition, they hold certifications such as AgilePM® Foundation from APMG International obtained in April 2022, and a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) - grade C1 from Cambridge Assessment English obtained in August 2018.
