Jussi Rämänen is a seasoned expert in user experience research and design with a strong background in accessibility. Currently serving as the Head of UX - Research, Design & Accessibility at Eficode since April 2019, Jussi has dedicated efforts to enhancing customer understanding through high-quality research and actionable insights. Previously, Jussi held the position of Head Of Customer Insight at Tulos Helsinki Oy, focusing on improving customer experience for clients. Jussi's experience includes roles as a Senior CX Consultant at User Intelligence, a Doctoral Candidate at Aalto University, and various positions at GE Healthcare and Konecranes, where Jussi contributed to usability and research projects. Jussi holds a Master of Science in User-Oriented Technology from Aalto University.
