Elisa Naskali is a UX & Accessibility Specialist at Eficode since September 2023, previously working as a Developer at Bou from July 2022 to August 2023, focusing on web development and accessibility with TypeScript and NextJS. Elisa conducted research on the accessibility of digital health services for older adults during a Master's Thesis role at Aalto University from January 2022 to June 2022 and served as a Research Assistant at Aalto University from May 2021 to August 2021, contributing to user research and the development of an accessible web and mobile platform using Gatsby. Prior experience includes roles as a Developer at Exove, where accessibility and usability were prioritized in creating digital services, and as a Developer Trainee at Ab ME Group Oy Ltd. Elisa holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Aalto University, complemented by an exchange program at Yonsei University.
