Elina Saarinen is an experienced design professional with a strong focus on user experience and human-centered design. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Eficode since April 2020, Elina is responsible for enhancing digital products and services through co-design workshops, prototyping, and testing. Prior to this role, Elina held various positions at Cloubi Ltd from 2014 to 2020, including Design Lead, where responsibilities included supervising design tasks and creating the Cloubi Design System, as well as working as an Art Director and UI Designer, focusing on eLearning and edTech solutions. Earlier career experiences include positions at Air Dice Games as a Graphic Designer & Game Artist and MTV Oy as a Web Designer & Graphic Designer. Elina began the journey in design as a Junior Designer at Ihme and has educational qualifications in Arts and Media with a background in 3D animation and audiovisual media culture.
