Yu Chen serves as the Technical Director at EFI Polymers since June 2023, following a twelve-year tenure at Henkel where roles included Research Chemist Lead and Sr. Research Chemist. In these positions, Yu Chen led product development initiatives in electronic industry applications, advanced research on thermal management materials, and strategic projects focused on high-performance composites. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral role at Harvard University, specializing in catalyst design and synthesis. Yu Chen holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Boston University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Material and Sciences from Jilin University.
