Arnaud MESTIVIER is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the optics and lighting industry. Co-founder and CEO of UWAVE, a company specializing in innovative UV LED curing systems since July 2015, Arnaud identified a new business opportunity in collaboration with a partner from EFFILUX. In addition to leading UWAVE, Arnaud has been a co-founder and Sales Manager at EFFILUX since June 2009. Arnaud's educational background includes a degree in Engineering from the Institut d'Optique Graduate School, where studies focused on optics, optronics, lasers, LEDs, management, project management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
