Simon Padget started their work experience in 2013 as a National Performance Analyst at Network Rail. Simon held this position until August 2015. Following this, they joined Efficio in August 2015 as a Data Consultant. In January 2018, they were promoted to Lead Product Manager at Efficio, and is currently holding this position.

Simon Padget attended the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences.
