Jad Riachi is a consultant with extensive experience in organizational development and transformation, specializing in projects for major public and private entities in the GCC region. Since July 2023, Riachi has been with Efficio, following a tenure as a senior consultant at MSE - Management Solutions Experts from April 2021 to July 2023. Riachi contributed to the transformation of a key ministry while insourced as a consultant at Kearney, focusing on operating models and processes. Previous roles include human factors engineer at Lebanese American University, where leadership skills were demonstrated in developing a fan-equipped face mask prototype, and internships at gategroup and deSter, emphasizing supply chain management and lean manufacturing techniques.
