Federico Galassi is an experienced consultant currently working at Efficio since June 2022, where responsibilities include the role of Consultant 1 and previously, Business Analyst. Prior experience includes a consultant position at AYES - Management & Technology Consulting from January 2022 to June 2022, a Junior Consultant role at Key Project from August 2021 to December 2021, and another Junior Consultant position at Ferrari Trento - Gruppo Lunelli from March 2021 to July 2021, focusing on OEE improvement through SMED techniques. Federico Galassi holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano, completed in December 2021, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the same institution achieved in 2019, and attended MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® in 2020.
