Sandesh SJ has work experience as an MEP engineer at .efficiently since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HVAC design engineer at Onx Homes from December 2021 to November 2022. Sandesh also worked as a Project Engineer at Desapex from September 2020 to November 2021, and as an MEP design engineer at Vee Technologies from July 2018 to September 2020.

Sandesh SJ graduated from Visvesvaraya Technological University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Certification from AutoDesk in May 2021. Sandesh also obtained the IGBC,AP certification from the CII - Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) in June 2020.
