Ken Colburn has extensive experience in the energy and environmental sectors, currently serving as a Board Member for Efficiency Maine Trust and NRECA. As a Semi-Retired Principal at Symbiotic Strategies LLC since 2005, Colburn has also held significant positions including Principal and Director of U.S. Programs at The Regulatory Assistance Project until April 2020, and Executive Director at NESCAUM from 2002 to 2005. Colburn's background includes serving on the Board of Directors for New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. and providing consultancy for organizations such as Center for Climate Strategies and Recycled Energy Development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
