Yuval Shimoni is the CEO at EffiChange, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Research And Development at GROUP Business Software AG from 2010 to 2014 following the acquisition of Permessa by GBS. Shimoni has also been the Founder, CTO of Permessa Corporation from 2002 to 2010 and Founder, President/CTO of DYS Analytics from 1993 to 2002. From 1992 to 1993, they worked in software design and development at PVH Corp.

Shimoni has extensive experience in leading the development of software products with distributed teams. Yuval is skilled in agile transformation, scrum planning, and reviews. Yuval has also invented and developed a billing system for GBS PasS offering and an analytical product to analyze application design complexity.

Yuval Shimoni pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UMass Boston, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same school.
