Hugo Elfving has been employed at effektiv.se since August 2022, initially as Konsultchef during the summer and currently serving as Kandidatansvarig. Prior to this role, Hugo worked as a Lagermedarbetare at ELLOS GROUP from August 2018 to August 2022 and as a Fibersäljare at Borås Elnät AB between 2016 and 2017. Hugo is pursuing a Högskoleingenjörsexamen i datateknik with a focus on IT, Infrastruktur, and cybersäkerhet at the University of Borås, expected to complete in June 2025. Previous educational experiences include studies in Energy engineering and a technical preparation year, alongside a foundational background in Behavioral Science from Bäckänggymnasiet.
