Andrei Vakulski has over a decade of experience in software development and management, currently serving as Department Manager and Engineering Manager at EffectiveSoft since September 2013, with previous roles including Tech Lead, Group Manager, Team Lead, and Project Manager. Andrei's expertise encompasses full stack web development, particularly in JavaScript and Node.js. Prior to this role, Andrei worked as a PHP Developer at Studotvet from July 2012 to September 2013, focusing on database architecture, PHP development, HTML5/CSS3, and Drupal modules development. Andrei holds an Engineer's Degree in Information Technologies and Control in Technical Systems from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, earned between 2009 and 2014.
