Rachel Hawn currently serves as the International Exchange Coordinator at EF High School Exchange Year since October 2019. In addition, Rachel holds the position of Program Director and Lecturer in Manufacturing and Quality Management at the University of Minnesota Crookston. Previous experience includes over fourteen years at AGCO Corporation, where Rachel worked in various roles, including IT Analyst II and Supply Chain Analyst, focusing on logistics, materials management, and SAP integration. Rachel's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Campbellsville University and multiple degrees in Quality Management and Manufacturing Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston. Rachel also has served as an Adjunct Professor in Manufacturing and Quality Management.
