Melissa Rogles is an experienced HR Manager at Adaptive Stainless since February 2022 and has also served as Regional Coordinator for EF High School Exchange Year since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an International Exchange Coordinator for Education First, Bookkeeper at the Council of Churches of the Ozarks, and Financial Analyst at the Springfield-Greene County Health Department. Melissa has held significant positions such as Director of Accounting Services at NorthWest Arkansas Community College and Budget Analyst for both the Veteran's Health Administration and the US Army. Additionally, Melissa has a strong military background, serving in the United States Air Force. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National American University.
