Alec Glennie possesses extensive experience in operational management and continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Manager at EFESO since March 2011. Previously, Alec held the position of TPM Manager at Heineken UK, where responsibilities included overseeing the Heineken TPM program at the Manchester brewery and leading a team to drive significant change management initiatives. Prior to that, Alec worked at Tetra Pak Manufacturing UK Ltd in various roles, including Process Manager and Focused Improvement Pillar Leader, where achievements included substantial reductions in waste and significant improvements in equipment performance. Alec's career began at Tetra Pak in 1992 and includes roles such as Customer Service Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, contributing to numerous advancements in production quality and efficiency. Alec holds an MSc in Management of Innovation and Technology from Liverpool University and a BEng in Engineering Production and Production Management from UWCC Cardiff.
