Jonne Kauko has extensive experience in product management and service management, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Product Lead at Efecte Plc since February 2017. In this role, Jonne is responsible for the Efecte Service Management solutions and oversees a team of two product managers and two product owners. Previous positions include Product Manager for Efecte's Service Management solutions and ITSM Essentials, where Jonne developed cost-effective IT Service Management processes. Jonne also held roles as Product Owner for Efecte’s main platform and as a Senior Solution Consultant, assisting organizations in implementing service management solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Management from Hanken School of Economics, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
