Rob Courteaux is an experienced strategic advisor currently holding positions at REC Management Services and Ever.Ag since early 2023, while also serving as a Founding Partner at Castle Ridge Asset Management since December 2016. At Castle Ridge, the focus is on an artificial intelligence-driven investment fund that excels in various market conditions. Previously, Rob Courteaux led the ProSoft Business Unit as President at Ever.Ag - Crops until July 2023, overseeing ERP solutions for the food ingredient processing sector. Rob Courteaux also contributed significantly to the technology community as Past Chair of the Board of Directors for WEtech Alliance and served as President of the Softech Alliance Network, both organizations aimed at fostering technology entrepreneurship in Windsor-Essex. Early career experience includes a role as District Manager at Oracle, where Rob Courteaux successfully established a new sales office in Southwestern Ontario.
