Michael Nickolaus possesses extensive leadership experience in the technology, transportation, and senior living sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Eisenstein Flaherty since September 2020, Michael guides the growth of a diverse portfolio of senior living companies, including consulting, management, real estate investment, and innovative software solutions. Prior to this role, Michael served as President and CEO of CivicSmart, Inc., where innovative parking and transportation technologies were developed, and held similar positions at Duncan Solutions, overseeing substantial operations and profitability, as well as ACS State and Local Solutions, focusing on parking management. Michael's career also includes relevant leadership roles at DynRide, DynCorp Management Resources, and Scientex, further solidified by a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
