Merike Jaamul, MA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational behavior studies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Estonian Railways Ltd since November 2019, Jaamul is responsible for overseeing HR functions within the state-owned railway administration. Prior to this role, Jaamul worked as an HR Business Partner at the State Shared Service Centre from May 2018 to November 2019, supporting the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, Jaamul led the HR department at Omniva, an international logistics company, from 2004 to 2016. Holding a Master of Business Administration degree from Tallinn University, earned between 2004 and 2006, Jaamul combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience.
