Allyson Smith has extensive experience in the educational sector, currently serving on the Strategic Planning and Implementation Team at Equitable Education Solutions since July 2022. Prior to this role, Allyson contributed to MSD Washington Township for two decades, holding positions as Director of Curriculum, Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Principal, and English Teacher. Allyson holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Purdue University.
