Hannah Gibbons has extensive experience in quality assurance and process support, currently serving as Quality Assurance Support at EE since April 2015, where responsibilities include producing reports for the Board on customer service initiatives and managing project processes. Concurrently, since August 2012, Hannah has held the position of Process Support and Training Manager at Total Produce Plc, focusing on developing and implementing business operating system functionalities, training colleagues, and ensuring compliance across various departments. Previous roles include Retail Commercial Support Supervisor and Support & Training Administrator. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Roehampton, achieved between 2009 and 2011.
