Conor Ward is an experienced design leader with a strong background in User Centred Design and digital transformation. Since September 2018, Conor has served as the Director of Design at EE within the BT Group Consumer Division, focusing on revolutionizing the digital experience and introducing new products and services. Prior to this role, Conor held various positions at BT and Centrica, including Director of Design for the BT Group Consumer Division and Global Digital Experience Director at Centrica. Conor's previous experience includes leadership roles at British Gas, FullSIX London, and OgilvyOne Business, showcasing a consistent commitment to enhancing digital experiences across multiple sectors. Conor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Queens University, Belfast.
