Heather Dexter is an experienced executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Partner Management at edX since November 2021, and has held a similar position at 2U since October 2008. With a diverse background in human resources and operations, Heather has progressed through various leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager, and Vice President of Operations at 2U. Prior to 2U, Heather served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Smarterville, Inc., and held management positions in human resources at Educate, Inc., Sylvan Learning Systems, and Chestnut Lodge Hospital. Heather began their career as an HR Director at HCR ManorCare and also worked as an Underwriting Assistant at Parkway Insurance Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from the University of Maryland and academic pursuits at Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
