Meghan O'Brien currently serves as the Senior Director of Government Affairs at Edwards Lifesciences, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Meghan O'Brien was the Director of Federal Advocacy at the American Academy of PAs from August 2021 to April 2024. Meghan O'Brien also held the title of Associate Director of Federal Government Relations at the American Chiropractic Association between March 2019 and August 2021, as well as Manager of Public and Scientific Affairs at the American Society for Microbiology from May 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities included specializing in legislative, regulatory, and public policy issues for the organization. Meghan O'Brien earned a Master of Arts in American Government and Politics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Catholic University of America.
