Jaime Guerrero serves as the Vice President of Global Compliance at Edwards Lifesciences since May 2022, focusing on developing and implementing compliance policies and offering strategic guidance on global compliance matters. Prior experience includes a 16-year tenure as a Partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, where Jaime provided regulatory advice to companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, and roles as Senior Counsel and Assistant United States Attorney, where Jaime handled government enforcement matters and prosecuted a variety of federal crimes. Additional legal proficiency was gained as an Associate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP and a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Kelleher. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte. Jaime holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
