Paul is currently working as a Director - Data and Analytics Technology Delivery at Edward Jones, where they are responsible for leading and managing the implementation of data and analytics technology projects.

Prior to their current role, Paul worked at Baxter International Inc. for over 19 years. As the Director of Analytic Platforms, they played a crucial role in modernizing the enterprise analytic platforms, data stores, and data pipelines to cloud-native technology. Paul led global technology teams responsible for data visualization, data ingestion and storage, and CI/CD data transformation pipelines. Paul also managed operations and stability of legacy data and analytic platforms while transitioning to a modern platform.

Before joining Baxter International Inc., Paul worked at Ibaset as a Principle Database Engineer, where they contributed to various activities involving Oracle databases, such as prototype development, database administration, and PLSQL application development for clients.

At ICL Fujitsu, Paul worked as an Oracle Programmer Analyst, gaining experience in programming and analyzing Oracle databases.

Paul Woods attended Queen's University Belfast from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Computer Science. In 1998, they pursued a Management Diploma at NEBS. In 2020, they enrolled at the Feld Group Institute, focusing on Transformational Leadership Development.
