Steve Naglack is an experienced operations and maintenance leader with extensive expertise in safety, quality, and production management. Currently serving as Site Operations Manager at Edw. C. Levy Co. since May 2017, Steve oversees 24/7 operations, managing a team of over 40 personnel while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Plant Supervisor, where responsibilities included employee training, budget management, and maintenance oversight. Prior to Edw. C. Levy, Steve held various positions within the United States Air Force, including Workforce Training Director and Aerospace Ground Equipment Supervisor, and served as a Corporate Fellow at Amazon, developing strategic maintenance practices. Steve holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and multiple degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, reflecting a strong foundation in management and technical training.
