Nelia Halynska has a diverse work experience in the education and business development sectors. Nelia began their career in 2011 as a Senior Academic Advisor at the British Educational Company Dnipropetrovsk, where they stayed until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Nelia worked as an Academic Advisor at SIMPLEX, followed by a role as an Academic Advisor at Karandash Education Agency from 2016 to 2019.

In 2019, Nelia joined the Berlin School of Business & Innovation (BSBI) as a Business Development Manager, a position they held until 2020. At the same time, they took on the role of Business Development Manager for CIS/Eastern Europe at Edvisor, before transitioning to a Support Specialist role in 2022. The details regarding the end dates of Nelia's roles at Edvisor and BSBI are not available.
