Information Technology System Network Administrator at Educative

Kashif Sardar's work experience begins in 2009 at Virtual Marketing Services (Gibraltar) Limited, where they worked as a Customer Technical Support Engineer. Kashif was responsible for assisting customers with technical problems, monitoring networks, and managing user accounts. In 2016, they joined Lahore University of Management Sciences as an IT Customer Support Engineer, where they installed and configured computer systems and applications, monitored and maintained computer systems and networks, and provided support for the internal IT helpdesk. In 2017, Kashif Sardar became a Network Engineer at the University of Management and Technology - UMT, where they modified and configured installed systems, provided technical support, and ensured the smooth operations of the LAN. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Educative, Inc. as an Information Technology System Network Administrator. In this role, they installed and configured computer networks and systems, identified and solved problems, prepared MacBooks for new hires, set up user accounts and permissions, and provided WiFi solutions for the new office.

Kashif Sardar completed their Bachelor of Information Technology at COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Information Systems at Linnaeus University from 2008 to 2009 with a focus on Information Technology.
