Steve Santana is the Chief Information Officer at ETS. In this role, he leverages his extensive IT and product development experience to drive the development of digital products that enhance ETSā€™s offerings and, ultimately, learnersā€™ experiences. With educational assessments increasingly offered in a digital format to expand access, Santanaā€™s leadership in user experience and cloud native development keeps ETS at the forefront of technological innovation in a transforming education industry.

Prior to joining ETS in 2021, Santana served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Pearson, and held positions at CienaĀ®, Nortelā„¢ and AppleĀ®.

Santana earned his bachelor of arts degree in music technology from San Jose State University.
