Mandy Figueroa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business analysis, currently serving as Senior Product Owner for AI Labs at ETS since 2022. In this role, Mandy leads teams focused on prototype development and AI capability enhancement through customer research. Prior to ETS, Mandy amassed over 15 years at Pearson, where roles included Senior Application Product Manager, Manager of Business Analysts, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, and Technical Writer. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Technical Communication from Utah State University, completed in 2006.
