Andrew McEachin is a seasoned research professional currently serving as Senior Research Director for Policy Research at ETS since July 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Vice President for Research & Policy Partnerships at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where leadership involved a focus on educational equity and collaborative research with educational districts and schools. Additionally, Andrew directed the Collaborative for Student Growth at NWEA, contributing to research initiatives following NWEA's acquisition by HMH in 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Policy Researcher at RAND Corporation, an Assistant Professor at NC State University, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Virginia. Andrew's academic background includes a PhD in Urban Education Policy and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California, along with an A.B. in History from Cornell University.
