Erica WILLIAMS is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, real estate, and human resources. Currently serving as a Special Education Guest Teacher at ESI since October 2021, Erica focuses on delivering effective curriculum for K-8 students with special needs. Previous experience includes a role as a Parent Aide at Arizona Baptist Children's Services & Family Ministries, where Erica successfully coordinated supervised visitations. Additionally, Erica founded and managed a sole proprietorship in real estate and cryptocurrency, displaying strong commercial acumen. At Shell Oil Company, Erica held several key positions, including US Diversity, EEO & Inclusion Adviser and Continuous Improvement Global Coordinator, where leadership in diversity initiatives and consultancy was demonstrated. Erica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
