Hugo Moreno possesses extensive experience in workforce development and education. Currently serving as the South Central STEM Network Co-Director and Career Connected Learning/CTE Graduation Pathways Coordinator at Educational Service District 105 since November 2019, Hugo previously worked as the WIOA Program Manager and Program Analyst/RISE Business Navigator at the South Central Workforce Development Council from December 2015 to November 2019. Additionally, Hugo served as an Employment & Training Representative at OIC of Washington, focusing on outreach to farmworker families and community organizations. Hugo started a career at The Coca-Cola Company as a Merchandiser from May 2012 to May 2013. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University, both completed in 2012.
