Elena Hernandez, BSW, is a skilled behavioral health advocate with a robust background in social work. Currently serving at Educational Service District 105 since April 2024, Elena previously worked as a school social worker at Wapato School District from August 2021 to April 2024, focusing on supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development through structured approaches and assessments. Prior experience includes a role as program manager at NAMI from October 2020 to August 2021 and a lengthy tenure in education at Wapato School District from January 2005 to March 2019.
