Ross Allan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Education in Motion, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Ross held the role of Operations Director at The Mustique Company Ltd from September 2020 to August 2023. Ross's extensive experience in education includes key positions at Dulwich College International, where roles included Group Sustainability Director and General Manager across several campuses in China. Ross also contributed significantly to various non-academic services and sustainability initiatives within the Dulwich Group. Academic credentials include an MLitt in International Business from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Data Communication Systems from Brunel University, among other qualifications. Ross's career spans over two decades in operational leadership and sustainability, notably during a tenure as Wing Commander in the Royal Air Force.
