Marta Moratti is an experienced evaluation and research professional with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), evidence synthesis, and policy impact. Currently serving as Evaluation Manager at the Education Endowment Foundation since April 2023, Marta has previously held positions including Evaluation Lead at the Royal Veterinary College and Senior Research Fellow at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie). With expertise spanning various roles such as Head of Evidence at the What Works Centre for Wellbeing and M&E Senior Consultant at Oxford Policy Management, Marta has focused on evidence uptake, robust research methodologies, and impactful evaluations in international development contexts. Education includes a Research Doctorate and Master’s in Development Economics from the University of Sussex, and a Laurea degree from Università degli Studi di Milano.
