Marica Rizzo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management, talent development, and program operations within the social impact sector. Currently serving as the Director of People, Talent & HR at Educate!, Marica focuses on preparing youth in Africa for success in today's economy. Previously, Marica held various leadership roles at Acumen from 2015 to 2023, including Associate Director of Acumen Academy, where responsibilities included overseeing flagship programs and developing community engagement strategies for alumni. With a strong background in program management, marketing, and mentorship, Marica's expertise is further enhanced by a postgraduate degree in Digital Anthropology from UCL and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing with Honors from the University of British Columbia.
