Robert Shaw is a skilled Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience in technology support and administration. Currently at Edu Tek Ltd. since July 2013, Robert provides on-site support for a school district encompassing approximately 3,500 users and 1,000 machines, while also managing basic network administration tasks. Prior experience includes a seasonal role as an Office Automation Clerk at the United States Military Academy from May 2011 to August 2012, where Robert provided administrative support and created projects using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
