Madison Wilkinson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and client success. Currently serving as the Head of Implementation at EdSights since April 2022, Madison previously held multiple roles at Interfolio from August 2016 to April 2022, including Senior Project Manager and Client Success Manager, where leadership of strategic client projects and maximizing customer engagement were key responsibilities. Prior roles include language assistant at BEDA Escuelas Católicas and administrative assistant positions at the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Oklahoma and has completed several certifications, including Project Management from Cornell University and Management Essentials and Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
