Jennifer Simpkins is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program and project coordination, particularly in housing and workforce recovery initiatives. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator for the Opioid Workforce Recovery at EDSI, Jennifer manages the Disaster Recovery National Dislocated Worker Grant, providing essential employment services to individuals affected by the opioid crisis. Prior roles include Program Coordinator and Housing Coordinator at the Veterans Multi-Service Center, where Jennifer focused on securing safe housing for Veterans at risk of homelessness. With a background in supportive services and housing support from organizations such as Pennrose and the Housing Authority of Chester County, combined with earlier experience in the financial and claims sectors, Jennifer brings a diverse skill set and a commitment to community service. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Delaware.
