Duarte Bettencourt has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Sales B2C at EDP since January 2016, where previous roles included Customer Service Director and Head of Customer Service & Telemarketing Operations for both B2C and B2B sectors. Prior to EDP, Duarte was involved with apcc - Associação Portuguesa de Contact Centers as a Board member from February 2018 to July 2020 and at NOS SGPS, where Duarte held positions focused on customer service continuous improvement between June 2012 and January 2016. Additionally, Duarte worked as a consultant at Maksen and volunteered in Ilha do Príncipe. Educational qualifications include advanced programs at INSEAD and Universidade Católica Portuguesa, as well as an Erasmus degree from Universidade Politecnica de Valência.
