Ray Willis has over a decade of experience in various roles related to project coordination, sales, and customer service. Currently serving as Project Coordinator for Information Systems at Edmund Optics since November 2013, Ray specializes in testing and troubleshooting software while generating work instructions for IS tools. Prior to this, Ray held positions in outbound sales, focusing on customer outreach, and led the EasyTech team at Staples, where responsibilities included repairing PCs and supervising employees. Starting as an Usher at The Ritz Movie Theater, Ray progressed to Theater Manager within two years. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rowan University, obtained in 2005.
